Peyton Mannings New Cherry Hills Village Home
Denver Bronco’s new quarterback Peyton Manning can now officially call Denver home following the purchase of a seven bedroom, nine bathrooms Cherry Hills Village Estate. According to published reports, the Bronco’s star purchased the 16,464 square foot estate at 3995 S. Colorado Boulevard for $4.5 million in the beginning of July. The Cherry Hill’s Village mansion was originally listed in March of 2011 for a list price of $5.25 million.
The Manning family’s new home is a two story Georgian-style estate on nearly 3.4 acres. It includes a two story rotunda, elevator, billiard room with full bar, wine cellar and seven car heated garage. The magnificent home was constructed in 2004 by Mitchell Right and was sold for $5.7 million. Peyton Manning also considered purchasing a penthouse on the 37th floor of the Four Seasons in downtown Denver but instead opted to reside in Cherry Hills Village, the most exclusive Denver neighborhood. The Cherry Hills Village home is conveniently located near the heart of Denver and Peyton Manning’s commute to the Denver Bronco’s headquarters at Dove Valley is only 10 miles.
Cherry Hills Village is regarded as the most beautiful and luxurious residential community in all of Denver. It is ideally located just north of Greenwood Village and a brief 10 minutes from the Denver Tech Center, 15 minutes to Cherry Creek shopping and 20 minutes to the heart of downtown Denver.
