New Construction Sales Still Down in Denver

According to the U.S Census Bureau & HUD's monthly reports that in October 2010 sales of new single-family homes are currently down by 28.5 percent from last years sales reports in October of 2009.

What's that mean for the Consumer? Great deals in New Construction before the New Year!

Builders in & arround the Denver area are rolling out extremely large discounts and incentives on existing inventory that are under-contract before the new year.
